ILAN LOVINSKY is a founding partner of Gunderson Dettmer's San Diego office where he practices corporate and securities law. Ilan has represented a variety of private and public life sciences and technology companies on a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience with private and public securities offerings, university licensing, and strategic collaborations. Ilan also assists clients in meeting their financing needs through his extensive network of relationships with angel investors, venture capitalists, corporate partners, and investment bankers. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Ilan practiced in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati's Palo Alto and San Diego offices. Ilan holds a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.

AFIF G. KHOURY AFIF is a corporate and securities associate in our San Diego office. Afif represents a variety of private and public clients spanning across numerous industries including life sciences, enterprise software, telecommunications, entertainment technology, real estate and venture capital. Afif advises his clients on a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including equity and debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, licensing and commercial agreements, strategic collaborations and general corporate governance.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Afif practiced at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, in both their Palo Alto and San Diego offices.
