Notes: Parking is FREE on weekends. We recommend you park in the Pangea parking structure on the corner of Pangea Drive and North Torrey Pines. You may park in any spot (except for handicapped and 24 hour reserved spots)

 

Directions to the Institute of the Americas

From the Pangea Parking structure, walk east across a paved road (Scholars Drive North). Continue walking east between the buildings and up stairs until you cross another paved road. Turn left (north) on this road (it's a fire lane not shown on the map linked to below) and walk about a block or so and you will see the sign for the Institute of the Americas on your right hand side. Walk up the stairs. The first building on your right is the location of the conference.

There will be signs posted on the day of the event!

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
FROM THE NORTH:
SOUTH ON INTERSTATE 5. EXIT AT LA JOLLA VILLAGE DRIVE. TURN RIGHT ONTO LA JOLLA VILLAGE DR. PROCEED TO GILMAN DR. WHICH IS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE VIA LA JOLLA DR. INTERSECTION. ACCESS TO GILMAN DR. LOOKS LIKE AN OFF-RAMP. TURN RIGHT ONTO GILMAN DR.


FROM THE SOUTH:
NORTH ON INTERSTATE 5. EXIT AT GILMAN DR. TURN LEFT ONTO GILMAN DR. CONTINUE NORTH ON GILMAN UNTIL YOU ARRIVE ON CAMPUS.


FROM THE EAST:
WEST ON HWY 52. NORTH ON INTERSTATE 5. EXIT AT GILMAN DR. TURN LEFT ONTO GILMAN DR. CONTINUE NORTH ON GILMAN UNTIL YOU ARRIVE ON CAMPUS
